SAVE THE DATE FOR THE 2012 ANNUAL DINNER AUCTION
We are excited to announce this year’s spring dinner auction,Cinco de Mayo at Solebury, will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012. We hope you will join us—tickets to the event will be available very soon.
The auction is the Home & School Association’s sole fundraising event of the year with parents, students, and staff participating to help make it a big success. Last year’s auction proceeds exceeded $100,000. The money raised benefits the entire Solebury community. Last year’s Special Appeal alone raised $45,000 for Solebury sports and after school activities.
There are a number of ways to help and be involved in the auction, we need donations of items/services, sponsors and catalog ads. You can also get involved by joining the Auction Committee and help with decorating, acquisitions, mailings and event set-up & clean-up.
